RIPTIDE RENTALS REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation More Than 48 Hours Before Rental
Customers who cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental start time will receive a full refund.

Cancellation Within 48 Hours
Reservations canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled rental start time are non-refundable.

No Shows
Customers who fail to meet for their scheduled rental without prior notice will not receive a refund.
​
Weather Policy
We do not currently offer a refund due to inclement weather.
​
Mechanical Issues
If a mechanical issue prevents operation, Riptide Rentals will provide a replacement cart if available or a prorated refund.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.
