1. WEBSITE USE

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws.

2. RESERVATIONS AND RENTALS

All reservations are subject to vehicle availability, renter eligibility, acceptance of the Rental Agreement, and payment authorization.

3. RENTAL ELIGIBILITY

Renters must:
• Be at least 25 years old
• Possess a valid U.S. driver's license
• Maintain valid automobile insurance
• Meet all requirements outlined in the Rental Agreement

4. PAYMENT TERMS

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Riptide Rentals reserves the right to correct pricing errors and modify pricing without notice.

5. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Customers who cancel at least 48 hours before their rental start time will receive a full refund. Reservations canceled within 48 hours are non-refundable.

6. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Golf cart operation involves inherent risks. By renting or operating a golf cart, renters and passengers voluntarily assume all risks associated with its use.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Riptide Rentals shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or rental services.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Riptide Rentals and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the website or rented golf cart.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All logos, images, graphics, text, branding, and website content are the property of Riptide Rentals.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Riptide Rentals is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of third-party websites or services.

11. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AND SIGNATURES

Electronic communications and signatures shall have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Duval County, Florida.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS
